Svenson Enterprises, Inc. is a family owned company that was established in 1988.  In addition to being general contractors and developers our tasks have included sales, interior design, contract preparation, planning, permitting, and inspection coordination.

From 1988 to 1996 the company primarily concentrated on construction of housing, both new construction and remodeling, throughout the State of Florida.  Early in 1996 we embarked on a major project in Palmetto, FL known as Riviera Dunes Resorts.  Riviera Dunes Resorts is a 200-acre mixed-use multi-phase DRI (Development of Regional Impact) project with Single Family and
Multi-Family housing, Hi-Rise Condo, Commercial and Marina development.  As the developers of the Riviera Dunes project we were responsible for planning, permitting, construction of the infrastructure, construction of the harbor, and construction of the amenities including clubhouse, pool, tennis court, guardhouse, and common area elements.

We also developed and constructed a 12 acre parcel within Riviera Dunes Resorts know as the Hammocks.  It consists of 65 luxury townhomes and 27 deep water boat slips.

One of our strongest assets is our intergovernmental relations. A great deal of time has been spent over the past few years cultivating a relationship with the Florida Department of Environmental Protection, Manatee County, and the City of Palmetto. This relationship is based on their trust in our integrity. We have always delivered what we promised. Our reputation depends on it.
